8 years’ experience in the property market. Experience working in the property markets of Ukraine, Turkey, Indonesia, the UAE and a number of European countries. Over 200 completed transactions with a total value of $100 million — ranging from residential property to commercial property and land plots.
Head of sales department
7 years in sales, 4 of which as a department head. I built sales teams in the US aviation and logistics markets: I grew the department to 150+ deals per month with a turnover of over $1 million, and managed a team of 10 managers.
Head of Agency Network
15 years in sales through an agency network, 5 of which were spent as network manager in companies specialising in international markets. Built a network of over 500 agents across 58 cities — in Ukraine and in overseas markets.

An international lawyer with 16 years’ experience in cross-border transactions, contract structuring, legal due diligence and risk assessment for international investment projects.
Head of Investment Sourcing
Five years’ experience in analysing and sourcing investment opportunities in the markets of Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Caribbean. Up to 600 opportunities pass through the selection process each year — 30–50 of which are presented to the client.
