Certain new properties may meet the requirements for permanent residence.

  • Different Lease Models

How We Help

The full cycle—from candidate selection to closing the deal.

  1. Property Selection

We compare the purpose of the purchase, budget, location, title status, and liquidity.

  2. Legal and Technical Review

We coordinate with an independent Cypriot attorney to verify the title deed, encumbrances, and permits.

  3. Transaction Support

We coordinate banking compliance, escrow, title transfer, and property transfer.

  4. Post-Purchase Support

We assist with management, leasing, tax compliance, and immigration services

A 5–7% return is not guaranteed. A contract without a separate title deed does not constitute a registered property right.
